Combat Option: Dueling

Kind of just to put this in writing:

Dueling
When a character is targeted by an attack, it sometimes makes sense for the character to respond in kind simultaneously. For example, when attacked in Close Combat, the character may want to immediately respond with a Close Combat attack. This option may let a character get their licks in before being ganged up on, but shouldn't allow much more of a tactical advantage than that. A character can only use the Dueling option to respond with the same kind of attack. Close Combat attacks must be responded to with melee and unarmed attacks. Ranged Weapon attacks must be responded to with missile and thrown weapons. Spells must be responded to with Spellcasting. Spells used with the Dueling option must target the character that cast a spell on the character. The character can use Simple and Standard actions as normal, but cannot move. This option lets the character act earlier in the round, but doesn't change their Initiative result as it relates to Talents and Skills that depend on Initiative.
