Rumor: In light of recent events, particularly the death of his apprentice and multiple encounters with the group calling themselves "The Scourge" (or the results of their plans), Zivilyn is feeling the need to gain a deeper understanding of Nethermancy.
Location: Possibly the mountains to the NE of Throal. Possibly elsewhere.
Circle: 8H
Reward: Opening access to training in the Nethermancer discipline.
Benefit: I don't have anything specific in mind at this point. Possibly some more advanced texts on Nethermancy could be uncovered.

Maybe he could be a (probably very reluctant) trainer. Maybe Zivilyn could be tasked with getting the rest of his research made available to another Nethermancer or group of Nethermancers. If that inspires you, do something with it. If you feel inspiration calling you elsewhere, that's fine too.
