Order #11937 unfulfilled

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a digital key for the Foundry Earthdawn Gamemaster's Guide Compendium, but I still haven't received it yet. Can someone give me an update on the order?

I've tried contacting store admins through the store contact form, and I've also emailed sales @ fasagames.com and contact @ fasagames.com, but I haven't received any response yet. Emailing admin @ fasagames.com gives me an "Address not found" mail delivery error.

Just checking that this was resolved. I don't handle the store, but I can poke the relevant people if it hasn't been taken care of.
