Haven in Parlainth Box Set vs Haven vol 1

Since the LoB Haven writeup is going to be expanded for Haven vol 1, I have a few questions about that version versus the Parlainth boxed set (PBS).

In PBS, the First Section of Haven was described as the 1/3 of the town within the old walls of Parlainth. In LoB Haven, Torgak's Supplies and Goods seems to have disappeared and has been replaced by Dag's Allgoods. I assume Haven's leader still has his shop.

In PBS, the Old Neighborhood was the 1/3 of the town immediately outside the old walls of Parlainth. In the LoB Haven, almost all of the Old Neighborhood locations have moved into the First Section. Specifically, Agramen's Import/Export, Brenula's Arms and Dag's Allgoods have all moved within the old walls of Parlainth.

The original newest section was beyond the Old Neighborhood. The only significant location listed there was Pagmor Gilt-Throat's residence and it was never located on the map. This seems like an ideal time to add it.

What is the name of the new triangluar section of Haven and why was it built? In the scenarios, it is just listed as the new neighborhood. It seems like it should have a more colorful name. The Triangle, The Point, The Arrowhead, Garlen's Point, Pauper's Triangle (assuming it is a poor section based on Garlen's Alms being there) are all more interesting/descriptive.

What happened to the Loyal Order of Delvers and its leader Liniarg Blindingshout? They were a important organization in Haven and allied with the leaders of the town. It seems odd that there is no mention of them.

What about Justice for All? It seems to have disappeared as well.

While more color than anything else, it would be interesting if some of the other minor GM Characters were still around like Buspri, Golarma, Sendric, Bojmort, Jasom and Jezra.
