Size 4 Throwing weaons

Shouldn't there be some size 4 throwing weapons?

I have been looking at the SkyRaider, because nobody in my campaign has ever chosen to play one. The most steriotypeical Skyraider is a Troll.
The Skyraider 5th circle Karma power is:

Karma: The adept may spend a Karma Point on Damage tests made with melee or throwing weapons at or above the character’s one-handed Size limit.

The Troll one handed size limit is 4. There are no size 4 throwing weapons other than a net. A human Skyraider can add karma to a throwing axe, but a Troll can't because they can't make any throwing axes big enough?

Most weapons (swords, axes, spears and so on) got their troll size equivalent. Simply add 1 to Size and 1 to Damage.

My players have asked about this sort of thing and I've carefully skirted the issue since no one is actually there yet.
