One thing I already ruled is the can't decide to target specific characters. It is always the whole group no matter how many they are. Because anything else doesn't make sense.
The only difference that really makes is that the Inspirer with the higher Social Defense needs to go first so that the other Inspirer has a bonus to their Inspire Others Step.
I also already ruled that Inspire Others cannot benefit from Inspire Others.

Yeah, that's the point where things get silly and people complaining that stacking bonuses like that is an issue are causing the problem themselves...

Ha, funny, without your houserul you could buff each others Inspire Others -> With the buff you get potentially an higher roll, buff the first one back -> He then has an higher roll and buffs the 2nd one a little stronger, etc. etc. :P

Sounds like a great talent for a villain inspiring his (otherwise harmless) minions and escaping.

A nice hollow player victory for an intermediary climax.
