Can Wound Balance talent/skill be used by Namegivers instead of Dex?

What other talents/skills could be used?

The rule of cool says Yes on Wound Balance.

I'd also allow

Acrobatic Defense
Air Dance*
Climbing
Gliding Stride*
Great Leap*
Maneuver
Sure Mount**
Wind Catcher

*Allows full movement because they're not actually touching the ice.
**On behalf of their mount, natch.

Agreed! Keep in mind it still halves the movement rate if you succeed on the Dex/Knockdown/appropriate ability test.
