It's entirely possible that SD is the rarest bonus. Probably because there are a lot more combat angled Disciplines than social?

Good catch on Etiquette, it doesn't target SD, so it wouldn't trigger Resist Taunt (it's really more of a Knowledge Skill in some regards).

I was simply listing the "social skills" that are Default skills, which shows you how far raw CHA will get you.
