I believe there are a few:

The brothers of Stone are obsidimen
Fire eaters are orks
Tail dancers are tā€™skrangs
Windmasters are windlings
Woodsman are elves

Any racial restrictions are listed as part of the "requirements" for the knack that allows access to the path.

It's not entirely true though.

Brother of Stone does not specifically call out "Obsidimanx in the Path requirement. Same for Outcast and Woodsman. Outcast on the other hand require that the adept completes the Ritual of Severence, which sort of states that only Trolls can become Outcast, bit it is never explicitly called out in the Path knack. Most of the more descriptive texts (backstory etc) has some hints to restrictions, but there is nothing in the Path knack restriction/requirement that actually prohibits it.

You are correct, Brother of Stone and Outcast do not specifically call it out a racial restriction. To describe Brother of Stone having "hints" of a restriction is putting it too lightly; it may not be called out but I can't imagine how a non-obsidiman would ever complete it. That being said, if a non-obsidiman can engage in all the setting aspects, they may be welcomed into the Path. If there's a game where a newot goes through the Rite of Severance (which is a weird story) and has a permanent disfigurement that clearly displays their status as kava, they can become an Outcast. For all practical purposes, it's limited to trolls. As for Woodsman, it specifically wasn't included on the list I provided and a sidebar mentions how Shosara may have non-elf Woodsmen.
