(RESOLVED) Rumor (ECR 2): A New Home. Room to Fly

Rumor: The Skyreader tribe of Windlings are looking to establish a home around the Coil River. They would like some adepts to escort a few of them to scout potential sites with good access to the resources they need (food, water, trees to build houses in, reeds and other useful plants, clay, decent pasture areas for herd animals, etc), and possibly clear out any threats in the area, if the land is not already claimed.
Location: around 43.13
Circle: ECR 2-3
Reward: Making some new friends. Possible Windling equipment or mounts for those who care. Shirree may be willing to offer training, and I don't mind if someone hijacks my rumour to train as a Cavalryman, even if it means the difficulty goes to hard.
Benefit: A potential trading partner for Throal, Irondelve, and others. I believe it will also be the first known settlement along this branch of the Coil River at this point.
Notable NPCs: Shirree Oath-Hill, female Windling Cavalryman and her zoak Embertail will be accompanying the PCs to assess potential settlement locations, along with a small group of surveyors for the tribe.
