If you yoink a caster's Fetish or Focus (from Fetish, Foci and Beyond), you can use it to get a bonus to cast at the caster? Can you stack those bonuses?

Yes, you can in fact use the fetish or focus to assist in targeting its owner, if it's been attuned. It's a Physical Link. You can stack up to three bonuses, since 1879 still retains the Rule of Three.
