I presume regional descriptions are a little difficult as they might interfere too much with the existing RAW.
But individual adventures, artifact collections or creature lore, as well as a good smartphone app might be a valuable addition.

Ulisses, the german ED4 seller&translator accepts paid third party content. 50% of the turnover is for the Author 20% to drivethrou 15% to FASA 15% to Ulisses Is this also a model that is imaginable for the english content? Although being German, I prefer content in its original language if somehow ...

I like the concept of relative scaling. Does it apply here? Raises the question what happens to the Legendary status when the Kaer is opened and suddenly your small society is diluted in the world. Will it just become harder to acquire new legend points, will you loose your status as you compete wit...

I can imagine an Archer being more careful at not exposing himself in the open too much, walking backward to get away from the fight, small things to improve his defense that would also result into a lower hit/damage chance but could the same thing be said from a caster? Hasn’t been there an option...

Maybe fame can be inherited... “I am Aragorn, son of Arathorn” and oops you are much more famous right from the start... Would of course build up an aristocratic society of Adepts coming to age already as Adept with 10% of your parents legend. I am aware that this proposal is stupid in more than one...
