Re: Haggle clarification
TatteredRags is closest to how Haggle now works, most of the time you will get +/- 5%. And its ok, its realistic. Merchants wont sell their wares for -50%, when most what they earn is 20-40% when they sell for normal price, and need to pay coworkers from it. But sometimes person with high Haggle wil...

Re: Illusionist Fog of Jeer spell - some questions
Illusions plays with mind, it overwrites information in your consciousnesses. You as a player know its an illusion, for your character its reality unless that illusion is not targeting you. If you cast on someone spell giving bonus to attack, and suddenly target changes mind and starts attacking you...

Re: Threadweaving, our favorite topic
Because Hold Thread can hold only 1 thread, as GM I would say 1 strain for whole duration. As fo weaving threads all over while walking, its aGM call. You can say its ok to do it for a minute (10 rounds). Or if you dont want it but its possible ingame, ask player to make every roll, he will be bored...

Re: Spell Matrices - bias against diversity?
But the enemy looking in to astral that knows how Reatuning looks looks like, will definatelly try to hurt mage that round. Or maybe archer/javeliner just showed up and doesnt know who to shoot at, I roll in such cases, and sometimes its a mage. If I was a mage I would like to know what can happen, ...

Re: Summoning + Perfect Focus
Because spirits dont think like Namegivers, normal interactions dont apply. I wouldnt just let roll decide that spirit will agree to use some of its powers, it should be roleplaying scene, talking to something that might not have fealings, dont know what idea of time is, dont understand many other t...

Re: Spell Matrices - bias against diversity?
Well...
Actually you have to declare you intentions before Initiative roll, and your intentions are to change spells in matrix, anyone with higher Initiative can attack you, no need to Reserve Action.

Re: Extra targets through spell threads
Then it wouldn't be RAW. If you are looking one way you cant see those behind, if you look at them, you don't see those in front of you. And you need to see target (or otherwise sense it) in the moment of cating. Thats what Wizzard spell Astral Sense is for

Re: Extra targets through spell threads
I was reffering to casting at range. If you can touch them, they can be all around you.
