Re: The Weeping [spoiler]

The adventure's mine, I just got the idea from the hook in the book.

The LP are to be spent immediately. It's not in there but no two people can pick the same perk. The perks aren't really intended to be perfectly balanced, but I want to advance people fairly rapidly in this campaign.

Re: The Weeping [spolier]

Denouement Loot the cavern! In Unclestump’s journal there is a reference to ‘the protective Amulet of Dirac’ and ‘will Brenula of Haven be any more help?’ There are also details about the ritual, including the fact that it is centered on the bell. The Name of the bell is the Weeper’s Toll. An appro...

Re: The Weeping [spolier]

Confrontation with The Rememberers The only way for the adventure to move forward is for the party to confront a band of cultists mid-ritual by staking out the roofs of Bartertown. The two ways to the roof: Through house – The adults in the house are drugged by the power of the ritual magic. There ...

The Weeping [spoiler]

Actually, only a spoiler if your GM decides to run this adventure. I've run it, more or less, with 3rd edition. It's intended to have somewhat soft opposition in parts that rapidly become really dangerous - I would love some help on balancing that out, as well as the rewards. I want to run this for ...

Re: High Circle Preview: Swordmaster

So, on Audacious Bravado, I think it would be neat to have the player define what is at risk. "I charge into battle with complete disregard for my own life!" "I pole vault over the canal, at the risk of completely losing the cutpurse!" "I stride up to the Duchess, whose party I crashed, and beg her ...

Re: Dumb Questions

I used to play with this one warrior who would talent spam Melee Weapons until the opponents stopped fighting back. I was like, "Thank you very munchkin, dude."

I tell my lady, "Just think how happy you'll be to have something to bring up 5 years from now in an unrelated argument!"

Re: Stacking (ED4)

I'm just spitballing here, but what if extra successes on Threadweaving optionally counted towards extra successes on the Spellcasting? You'd still need to roll at least 1 success on your Spellcasting roll. Or, if you roll an extra success on your thread weaving, the thread weaving becomes a simple ...

1879 Kickstarter

Guys. There are like 10 days left and it's only short about 6 pledges. That's all.
