if you gave that warrior 2 rounds to do whatever they want to the wizard, what do you suppose would have happened? we have a wizard who spent 2 (or more) rounds to mostly remove a warrior from the fight, and had to beat the warrior's MD to do so, and the warrior can still escape albeit not extremel...

At 4th circle I don't find the spell too bad. It cost the Wizard at least 2 standard actions to cast the spell, and the spell only lasts rank rounds, the target gets a roll to end it prematurely (and step 7 against TN 10 will succeed an average of 1 in 4 times), and as you mentioned, there are Tale...

Hello everyone! I had a game session yesterday and the Wizard used Binding Threads on a Warrior enemy. I think that with that option of advancement, talent options are not handled like in normal advancement. So there is not slot becoming free. The talent option is considered like a core talent.

In the screen and in GM guide, there is a step number conversion table, giving defense rating, death rating... for step numbers from 2 to 11.

With a group of different circles, because of new players, I calculated the average Circle of the group and gave LP on that basis.
It didn't bother older players, they were happy new players rise quickly.

Hmmm I've compared to Claw Frenzy and it seems inferior which is surprising as Claw Frenzy is 8th circle and Multi-Strike/Shot are 15th circle...
