They are Dragons - True Dragons - every Great Dragon was a wyvern at some point in his life.

You can't dominate them with the "dominate beast" talent and you can't tie them with "animal bond" so you can't change into them with the "beastform" spell.

The Tjabjins script in Dragons may suggest that Wyvern is a dragon between a chick and adult life. They lose their magical abilities and become brainless, aggressive monsters that will hunt, kill themselves and survive, but only the strongest (as in a society of dragons).

It would not work. Blood pabbles are big stones sticked to your skin - try to wear something over that.
In previous edition you could wear espagra cloak over another armor with only -1 penalty to initiative - it was really op and now you can use only 1 type of armor.

Casters do seem to "not do very much damage" on average. Casters are supports and should generally cast buffs or debuffs. Its only 1 good solution. Dont think so. We calculated cost of building good magic circle for my elementalist with essence. Plan was like (if my memory is good) 2m radius, 1 mm deep into ground and lane would be 1 cm thick. Maybe just let him buy 1 optional talent per level of advance in his discipline: 1 at novice, another one at journeyman etc... It generally keeps powerlevel at normal range and make 5/9/13 circles a milestones in character progression as they should be.

If your spellcasting is a problem so make a deal with your GM that you will summon too strong spirit that you cant control (to make it real you can find pattern item that would give you +5 to summoning talent). In rage he would put a curse on you that block some of your character abilities. Its good...
